I . It was moved by Crumbaker, seconded by Hawn that the Bill be laid over and that notice be given to the affected property owners. Council Bill No. 326 - Re: Improvement of Tyler Street from 13th to 15th 13 by concrete curb and gutter and asphaltic concrete paving, was submitted and read the first time in full. It was moved by Hawn, seconded by Crumbaker that the Bill be read the second time by Title with unanimous consent of the Council. Motion carried unanimously. It was moved by Hawn, seconded by Crumbaker that the rules be suspended and the Bill be read the third time by Title with unanimous corrsent of the Council. Motion carried unanimously. It was moved by Hawn, seconded by Crumbaker that the Bill be approved. A~~ Councilmen present voting AYE the Bill was declared passed and numbered 9r12. Davis absent.
