Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />It was moved by Hawn, seconded by Crumbaker that the rules be suspended and the <br />Bill be read the third time by Title with unanimous corrsent of the Council. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />It was moved by Hawn, seconded by Crumbaker that the Bill be approved. A~~ <br />Councilmen present voting AYE the Bill was declared passed and numbered 9r12. <br />Davis absent. <br /> <br />Council Bill No. 32'7 - Re: Adopting plalis and specifications for improvement <br />14 of Tyler Street from 13th to 15th, was submitted and read the first time, in full. <br /> <br />~ <br />It was moved by Hawn, seconded by Crillnbaker that the Bill be read 'the second time <br />by Title with unanimous cbnsent of the Council. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />It was moved by Hawn, seconded by Crumbaker that the rules be suspended and the <br />Bill be read the third time by Title with unanimous consent of the Council. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />It was moved by Hawn, seconded by Crumbaker that the Bill be approved. All <br />Councilmen present voting AYE, the Bill was declared passed'and numbered 9113. <br />Davis absent. <br /> <br />Council Bill No. 328 - Re: Construction of sanitary sewer on the East side <br />15 of Moss and the North side of Mission between 23rd Avenue and Oak Grove Drive, <br />was submitted and read the first time in full. <br /> <br />It was moved by Hawn, seconded by Crumbaker that the Bill be read the second <br />time by Title with unanimous consent of the Council. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />It was moved by Hawn', seconded ,by Crumbaker that the rules be suspended and the <br />Bill be read the third time by Title with unanimous consent of the Douncil. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />It was moved by-Hawn,' seconded by 8rumbaker-that the Bill be approved.
