It was moved by Crumbaker, seconded by Hawn that the Bill be laid over and that notice be given to the affected property owners. Council Bill No. 332 - Re: Levying assessments for the construction of a 19 sidewalk on the South side of Clark Street between Lincoln and Lawrence Streets, was submitted and read the first time in full. It was moved by Crumbaker, seconded by Hawn that the Bill be laid over and that notice be given to the affected property owners. Council Bill No. 333 - Re: Levying assessments for the construction of a 20 sidewalk on theEast side of Grant Street between 12th and 13th, was submitted and read the first time in full. 21 It was moved by Crwnbaker, seconded by Davis that the ordinance be laid over and that notice be given to the affected property owners. Council Bill No. 334 - Re: Levying license tax on theatrical, public amuse- ments and other exhibitions,..was submitted and read the first time in full. It was moved by Hawn, seconded by Davis that the Bill be read the second time by Title with unanimous consent of the Council. Motion carried unanimously. It was moved by Hawn, seconded by Davis that the rules be suspended and the Bill be read the third time by Title with unanimous consent of the Council. Motion carried unanimously.
