DAVIS AND WAS FILED WITH THE COUNCIL. <br />IT WAS EXPLAINED THAT THIS SMALL STRIP OF PROPERTY WOULD BE SUBJECT TO THE ASSESSMENTS fOR THE IMPROV- <br />ING AND PAVING OF THIS PROPERTY, AND THAT IT WOULD BE TO THE CITY~S INTERESTS TO C~NVEY THE STRIP. <br /> <br />IT WAS MOVED BY HAWN AND SECONDED BY DAVIS THAT THiS OFFER BE ACCEPTED. MOTION CARRIED. <br /> <br />ORDINANCES <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BILL NO. 367 RE: IMPROVEMENT OF 24TH AVENUE EAST FROM HILYARD TO ALDER STREET WAS SUB- <br />MITTED AND READ lHE-f1RST~TIME IN fULL. <br /> <br />IT WAS MOVED BY HAWN AND SECONDED BY DAVIS THAT THE RULES BE SUSPENDED BY UNANIMOUS CONSENT OF <br />THE COUNCIL AND THAT THE BILL BE READ THE SECOND TIME BY TITLE ONLY WITH THE UNANIMOUS CONSENT OF THE <br />COUNCIL.
