ANOTHER BUSINESS AREA IS DEVELOPING AT 29TH AND WILLAMETTE AN D TO SCATTER BUSINESS <br /> STRUCTURES BETWEEN THE TWO BUSINESS CENTERS WO U L 0 DEPRECIATE THE VALUE OF EXISTING <br /> HOMES. <br /> 4. MR. DYE CONSTRUCTED AND SOLD A RESIDENCE ON THE ABUTTING LOT WHICH CARRIED THE <br /> SAME DEED RESTRICTIONS, T HUB REFUTING THE CLAIM THAT RESIDENTIAL ZONING DENIEO <br />1 HIM ANY LEGITIMATE USE OF THE LAND.
