STENSHOEL OF' 1397 LINCOLN <br /> STREET TO ENLARGE THE F'RONT OF HIS HOUSE BY A 4-F'00T ADDITION, RECOMMENDS THE APPROVAL OF <br /> THIS REQUEST BY THE CITY COUNCIL INASMUCH AS THIS WOULD STILL LEAVE A 12-FOOT SET-BACK EVEN <br /> IF THE STREET WERE WIDENED IN THE F'UTURE AS PROPOSED.
