IT IS f'URTHER RECOMMENDED THAT PROMINENT DIVERSiON SIGNS BE PLACED AT <br /> EAST 14TH AND WllLAMETTE, INDICATING RIGHT-HAND TURN TO OAK STREET. <br /> 4.
