AT <br />THE CLOSE OF YOUR SEASON ~AST YEAR THE ASSURANCE WAS GIVEN BY YOUR COMPANY TO THE CITY OF <br />EUGENE THAT BEFORE OPENING FOR THE COMING SEASON THAT YOU WOULD MAKE. IMPROVEMENTS UPON <br />THE PARKING AREA OUTSIDE YOUR THEATER, AND WOULD ESTABLISH ADDITIONAL PARKING LANES FOR <br />AUTOMOBILES OUTSIDE THE THEATER, AND MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO SOLVE THE TRAFFI~ P~OBLEM ON <br />SOUTH WILLAMETTE STREET WHICH YOUR THEATER HAS CREATED. AN EXAMINATION OF YOUR FACILITIES <br />AS OF THIS DATE REVEALS THAT NO IMPROVEMENTS OR ALTERATIONS HAVE BEEN MADE OUTSIDE YOUR <br />. , <br />THEATER. WE REALIZE THAT DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS THE ASPHALTING OR PAVING CANNOT BE <br />DONE AT THIS TIME. HOWEVER, WE DO fEEL THAT IF YOU ARE GOING TO ESTABLISH ADDITIO~AL <br />PARKING LANES, THIS WORK COULD BE DONE NOW. WE WISH TO GIVE YOU THIS INFORMATION SO THAT YOU WILL <br />BE fULLY ADVISED. <br /> <br />AM SURE THAT MR. KING, OUR CITY MANAGER, AND MR.
