MR. ~EWI8 HOFFUAN REQUESTS WAIVER OF FRONTAGE SETBACK fOR A PROPOSED <br />RESIDEN~E ON LOTS 20-21, SUNSET TERRACE. THIS PROPERTY IS ON SUNSET <br />DRIVE WITH ENTRANCE fROM THE UPPER SiDE. DUE TO THE STEEP GRADE fROM <br />EAST TO WEST, IT WOULD BE DiffiCULT TO CONSTRUCT A GARAGE AND RESIDENCE <br />AND OBSERVE THE REQUIRED SETBACkS' fURTHER, THE STREET HAS LITTLE OR NO <br />PEDESTRIAN TRAffiC, AND BEING A DEAD-END STREET, NOT VERY HEAVY VEHICLE <br />TRAffiC. IN VIEW OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED REASONS, THE BOARD GRANTED THE <br />REQUESTED SETBACk VARIANCE Of fOUR FEET fROM THE PROPERTY LINE. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />REQUEST fROM MR. CALDWELL WHO OWNS PROPERTY AT 2128 JEffERSON STREET fOR <br />WAIVER OF LAND USE BY CONSTRUCTING AN ADDITIONAL RESIDENCE ON HIS LOT AT <br />THE ABOVE ADDRESS. DURING THE WAR MR. €ALDWELL CONSTRUCTED A SMALL HOUSE <br />ON THE REAR OF THE LOT TO ACCOMMODATE HIS fAMILY WHILE HE WAS IN SERVICE. <br />SINCE THIS REQUEST, If GRANTED, WOULD ESTABLISH TWO RESIDENTIAL UNITS ON <br />THE LOT. THE MATTER WAS TABLED AND THE PETITIONER WAS REQUESTED ,TO SECURE <br />SIGNATUES Of ADJOINING PROPERTY OWNERS TO THE EFfECT THAT THERE WERE NO <br />OBJECTIONS TO THE ADDITIONAL HOUSE. <br /> <br />3. MR. HOWARD HANSEN Of 180 WEST 23RD AVENUE RE-SUBMITTED HIS REQUEST fOR A <br />NEW BUILDING ON THE WEST 50 FEET Of HIS PROPERTY BEING THE SOUTHEAST CORNER <br />OF 23RD AND CHARNELTON STREET. MR.
