ORDINANCE <br /> REQUIREMENT WAS A 20-FOOT SETBACK TO CORRESPOND TO ADJOINING RESIDENCES TO THE NORTH. <br /> IN EXCAVATING FOR THE STRUCTURE THE CONTRACTOR ENCOUNTERED A SOLID LEDGE OF ROCK ON <br /> THE REAR OF SAID EXCAVATION WHICH HAS PROMPTED THE REQUEST TO SET THE STRUCTURE <br /> FORWARD. <br /> THE BOARD TABLED THE REQUEST FOR FURTHER INVESTIGATION AND ALSO REQUIRED THE <br /> CONTRACTOR TO SECURE FROM THE IMMEDIATE PROPERTY OWNERS A LETTER STATING THEY HAVE <br /> . <br /> NO OBJECTION TO THE 15-FOOT SETBACK. <br /> 2. REQUEST FROM MR. SCHWABEROW WHO OWNS PROPERTY AT 2533 KINCAID STREET TO ERECT <br /> A SECOND RESIDENTIAL UNIT ON THE FRONT OF HIS LOT WAS RECEIVED BY THE BOARD AND NO <br /> ACTION WAS TAKEN; THE BOARD CLAIMING NO JURISDICTION TO GRANT WAIVER OF LAND USE. <br /> 3.- REQUEST OF MR. DORAN McKEE, CHAIRMAN OF THE OBSIDIAN BUILDING COMMITTEE:ASKING I <br /> THAT THEY BE PERMITTED TO CONSTRUCT A CLUB HOUSE ON THEIR PROPERTY AT 17TH ArilD -HI'GH <br /> STREE T, WAS REVIEWED.
