THIS PROPERTY IS LOCATED AT .1294 .6TH AVENUE WEST AND HAS A SMALL <br />DWELLING LOCATED ON THE SITE. THE SIZE OF THE COT IS 55.7-FEET ON 6TH AVENUE AND <br />160~FEET ON POLK STREET. THE PROPERTY WAS ACQUIRED THROUGH FORECLOSURE OF THE LIEN <br />FOR THE PAVING ON BOTH 6TH AVENUE AND POLK STREET. THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE 'PRINCIPLE <br />OF THE LIEN BEING $979.57.
