<br />ANALYZED IN THIS REPORT SHOWS AN ESTIMATED COST OF SOMEWHERE BETWEEN 13,800 DOLLARS
<br />AND $15,200, .AND A REVIEW OF'THE.REPORT CONFIRMED'JHE RECOMMENDATIONS THAT SIGNALIZATION
<br />OF~THESE INTERSECTIONS FOR THE DENIAL OF ACCESS TO THE CRITICAL SECTION DURING CLASS
<br />PERIODS WOULD NOT BE COMMENSURATE WITH THE COST OF THE INSTALLATION OF THE SIGNALS.

<br />DURING 50 MINUTES OF THE HOUR THE SIGNS WOULD BE BLANK. DURING THE TEN MINUTE PERIODS
<br />BETWEEN CLASSES THE MESSAGES DIVERTING TRAFFIC WOULD BE ILLUMINATED AND VISIBLE.
