BEFORE <br /> MAKING A CONCRETE RECOMMENDATION ON THIS VACATION, I TWAS SUGGESTED THA T THE CITY MANAGER <br /> PRESENT A DETAILED PLAN OF THE STREET, SHOWING ALL UTILITIES, FIRE HYDRANTS A.ND PROPOSED <br /> FUTURE SIDEWALK LOCATIONS. <br /> I 4. THE COMMI TTEE REVIEWED CHANGE ORDER No. 4 FOR THE EUGE NE SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT AS <br /> SUBMITTED BY THE CONSULTING ENGINEER. THIS CHANGE ORDER INCLUDES ALL MATERIAL, LABOR <br /> A.ND EQUI PMENT NECESSARY FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A WELL AT THE NORTH END OF THE CLARIFIER, <br />I AND INCREASES THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE CONTRACT BY $625.00. IT WAS RECOMMENDED THIS CHANGE <br /> ORDER BE APPROVED.
