ROBERT RIKER; AND MISS VIOLA <br />WILMOT WAS SUBMITTED AND READ AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />"A MEETING OF THE "BOARD OF ApPEALS WAS HELD AT THE CITY HALL, APRIL 9, 1953, TO <br />CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING REQUESTS FOR ZONING VARIANCE. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I. MR. ROB~RT H. RIKER WHO OWNS TWO LOTS OF VARYING FRONTAGE DIMENSIONS, DESIRES TO <br />TAKE ENOUGH FRONTAGE FROM THE LARGER AND ~DD TO THE SMALLER TO MAKE TWO LOTS OF EQUAL <br />FRONTAGE AND AREA. THESE LOTS ARE LOCATED AT 350-354 W. 29TH AVENUE, JUST WEST OF <br />LAWRENCE STREET., ONE LOT IS 56 FOOT FRONTAGE AND THE OTHER IS 38 FEET. MR.
