THE CITY MANAGER ADVISED THAT ED WALDER, WHO HOLDS THE CONTRACT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br /> OF THE REINFORCED CONCRETE BRIDGES AT OLl VE, CHARNELTON AND LINCOLN HAD REQUESTED THA T THE <br /> CI TY PERMIT HIM TO SIGN THIS CONTRACT OVER TO W. H. SHIELDS AT THE SAME UNIT PR ICES, TO BE <br /> COMPLETED WITHIN THE SAME STIPULATED COMPLETION DATE. THE CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZED THIS <br /> TRANSFER OF CONTRACT WITH THE PROVISION THAT THE CITY ATTORNEY APPROVE ALL OF THE LEGAL <br /> DOCUMENTS INVOLVING EXCHANGE, CONTRACTS, CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT AND BOND. <br /> 3. MR. LEE D.
