<br />GULCH. THIS SMALL SE~ER PROJECT IS ESTIMATED TO COST $831.00, AND WAS ORDERED AS AN

<br />DURING THE PAST WEEK, I VISITED MR. WILLIAMS, ASSISTANT STATE HIGHWAY ENGINEER, AND
<br />MR. PARKER, PROPERTY MANAGER, F"OR THE STATE HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT, AND THEY HAVE STATED THAT
<br />THEY WILL SEEK PERMISSION FROM THE HIGHWAY COMMISSION TO FORWARD TO THE CITY THE SIGNED r
<br />DEED FOR THE EXTENSION OF WEST 7TH AVENUE EXTENDED,THROUGH THE HIGHWAY COMMISSION .PROPERfy.
<br />ALSO, THEY ARE DESIROUS OF HAVING WEST 7TH AVENUE EXTENDED BUILT THIS SUMMER AND PLAN TO
<br />SELL THE REMAINING PORTION OF" THEIR PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY SO AS TO GET IT BACK ON THE TAX
<br />ROLL.
