SINCE THIS METER IS NO LONGER REQUIRED AS'~ TWELVE MINUTE METER IT WAS RECOMMENDED <br />I THAT A SIXTY MINUTE METER, PENNY-NICKLE, BE INSTALLED AT THIS LOCATION. <br /> <br />:1 4. IT.WAS RECOMMENDED THAT METER #610 BE REMOVED AND THA:r THE <br />REMAINING TWO METERS BE REARRANGED SO THAT ONLY TWO SPACES. WOULD BE AVAILABLE IN ~HIS AREA. <br /> <br />~ 5. IT WAS EXPLAINED THAT THE LANE THEATRE IS NOT NOW AND, AS IT APPEARS, WILL NOT IN THE <br />NEAR FUTURE'OPERATE AS A FULL TIME THEATRE, BUT IS BEING USED ONLY ON A RENTAL BASIS FOR <br />I NDI VI DUAL GROUPS FOR SPEC I AL SHOWS OR OTHER OCCAS IONS.
