WATSON SECONDED BY MR. SHEARER THAT THE ESTIMATE, AS SUBMITTED AND READ, <br /> BE APPROVED AND THE ~ROPER CITY OFFICIALS BE INSTRUCTED TO DRAW THE NECESSARY WARRANT. ROLLCALL <br /> VOTE.
