<br />ONLY TWO MORE YEARS TO RUN) WILL COST AN ESTIMATED $419,000, WHEREAS ONLY AN ESTIMATED $250,000
<br />REMAINS TO BE COLLECTED THROUGH THE TAX LEVY. fOLLOWING THE CITY MANAGER'S REPORT THE COUNCIL
<br />REFERRED THE MATTER TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION FOR ITS STUDY, POSSIBLE REVISION AND RECOMMENDA-
