<br /> PROJECTS WHICH WERE ENTERED AND RECOMMENDED THAT THE BIDS BE AWARDED TO THE
<br /> LOW BIDDER IN EACH INSTANCE, AND WITH RESPECT TO THE WIDENING OF MONROE STREET
<br /> fROM 11TH TO 13TH AVENUE THAT THE ADDED AMOUNT CONTAINED IN THE LOW BID FOR
<br /> STORM SEWER BE INCLUDED IN THE PROJECT. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.

<br /> BIDS BE AWARDED TO THE LOW BIDDER WITH THE EXCEPTION OF CITY VIEW STREET fROM
<br /> THE NORTH OF 18TH AVENUE TO THE NORTH OF 14TH AVENUE IN WHICH 'INSTANCE IT WAS
<br /> RECOMMENDED THAT DUE TO AN ERROR AND SINCE ALL BIDDERS WERE NOT BIDDING ON
