THE COMMITTEE CONSIDERED THE BIDS ON THE VARIOUS STREET PAVING <br /> PROJECTS WHICH WERE ENTERED AND RECOMMENDED THAT THE BIDS BE AWARDED TO THE <br /> LOW BIDDER IN EACH INSTANCE, AND WITH RESPECT TO THE WIDENING OF MONROE STREET <br /> fROM 11TH TO 13TH AVENUE THAT THE ADDED AMOUNT CONTAINED IN THE LOW BID FOR <br /> STORM SEWER BE INCLUDED IN THE PROJECT. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY. <br /> e WITH RESPECT TO fHE VARIOUS STORM SEWER PROJECTS, IT WAS RECOMMENDED THAT THE <br /> BIDS BE AWARDED TO THE LOW BIDDER WITH THE EXCEPTION OF CITY VIEW STREET fROM <br /> THE NORTH OF 18TH AVENUE TO THE NORTH OF 14TH AVENUE IN WHICH 'INSTANCE IT WAS <br /> RECOMMENDED THAT DUE TO AN ERROR AND SINCE ALL BIDDERS WERE NOT BIDDING ON <br /> , <br /> , EQUIVALENT ITEMS THAT NO AWARDE BE MADE AND ,THE PROJECT BE READVERTISED FOR A <br /> NEW BID OPENING. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY. <br /> I WITH RESPECT TO tHE SANITARY SEWERS, IT WAS RECOMMENDED THE BIDS BE AWARDED <br /> TO THE LOW BIDDER AND THAT ALTERNATE #3 BE APPROVED FOR THE SANITARY SEWER <br /> IN THE AREA BETWEEN DONALD STREET AND EAST AMAZON DRIVE FROM 40TH AVENUE TO <br /> 160 fEET SOUTH OF 43RD AVENUE, SUCH ALTERNATE BEING 21" PIPE WITH RUBBER <br /> JOINT.
