INVESTIGATION SHOWS THAT CARS PARKING ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF 13TH <br /> AVENUE NEAR THE INTERSECTION, HAWTHORNE TREES GROWING IN THE PARKING <br /> STRIP TO THE EAST HAVING LOW HANGING BRANCHES BUT NO OBSTRUCTING THE <br /> VIEW, AND ROSES IN THE PARKING STRIP OF THE PROPERTY HOLDER ON THE NORTH- <br /> EAST CORNER, OBSTRUCT VISION TO A CERTAIN DEGREE. IT WAS ALSO POINTED I <br /> OUT THAT SIGHT DISTANCE FOR SOUTHBOUND TRA~fIC IS DRASTICALLY IMPAIRED, i <br /> I <br /> AND THIS INTERSECTION REQUIRES EXTREME CAUTION BEFORE ENTERING OR CROSS- II <br /> I ING 13TH AVENUE. SOME OF THESE HAZARDS CAN BE CORRECTED BY REMOVING II <br /> FOUR PARKING SPACES FROM THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF 13TH AVENUE AND LINCOLN <br /> STREET, BUT THE HAZARDOUS CONDITION WILL BE ELIMINATED WITH THE EXECUTION !I <br /> OF 11TH AND 13TH AVENUES AS A ONE-WAY COUPLET.
