Web-Site: <br /> www. orbuslaw, com <br />Eugene Garden Club is a nonprofit service and educational Frederick A. Batson <br />organization. The Club uses the building several times a month but Jon v. Buerstatte <br />also makes it availdble to other nonprofit organizations, including Joshua ^. Clark <br /> A.J. Giustina <br />Audubon Society, Rock Garden Society, Fuchsia and Begonia Thomas P.E. He~mann* <br />Society and Bonsai Society for meetings of their members, ra~st~ E.Kernutt <br />Additionally, the Club members give hours of service and hundreds Stephen O. Thompson <br />Residential Zone. The structure and occupancy of the parcel, Rende C. Wyser-Pratte <br />however, is permanently committed to the Garden Club use. EC <br />7.175(6)(a) states that footage "shall be weighted, on the basis of *~aso admitted <br />existing use of the parcel under the zoning of the city...' (emphasis in Washington <br />added). The Club wishes to confirm that the use would be classified . <br />as "other" and that the "factor" under EC 7.175(6)(a) be that of "1.' <br /> <br /> <br />
