Thompson <br />Residential Zone. The structure and occupancy of the parcel, Rende C. Wyser-Pratte <br />however, is permanently committed to the Garden Club use. EC <br />7.175(6)(a) states that footage "shall be weighted, on the basis of *~aso admitted <br />existing use of the parcel under the zoning of the city...' (emphasis in Washington <br />added). The Club wishes to confirm that the use would be classified . <br />as "other" and that the "factor" under EC 7.175(6)(a) be that of "1.' <br /> <br /> <br />
