Steve Gallup <br />April 14, 2005 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />It would appear that the most intensive existing use of the parcel is <br />comparable, at the most extreme, to "single family dwelling or <br />duplex" use. <br /> <br />On behalf of the Garden Club, I would ask to receive some <br />assurance that the classification and assigned factor would be as <br />discussed above. Assignment of another factor would be disastrous <br />for the Club, as the assessment at the "other residential" factor rate <br />alone would exceed the entire annual budget of the organization. <br />The large assessment would be particularly onerous since, under <br />the Code, the Club would not be eligible for any of the deferral <br />programs, term extensions or income subsidy program. <br /> <br />I look forward to speaking with you soon concerning this matter. <br /> <br />Very truly yours, <br />James W.
