<br /> 2 . Mr. Frank Reynolds, presented a plaque,to the City of Eugene.

<br /> quest of members. Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Dr. Purdy to approve the request for
<br /> 11 payroll deduction of Union dues. Motion carried, Messrs. Christensen arid Crakes voting 11
