<br /> I 1 a. Fixed Base Operator - A proposed lea~e agreement between R. D. Green and
<br /> the City of Eugene had previously been referred for recommendation to the
<br /> Airport Commission, and the Airport Commission now presented their report
<br /> and recommendation on the proposed agreement. Upon a motion by Mr.Gius-
<br /> tina seconded by Dr. Hemphill the Airport Commission voted unanimously
