<br />3 4. Storm Sewer Wildish Subdivision - A request was suqmit,ted to the PUQlic,
<br />Works Department for installation of a storm sewer on the east property
<br />line of the Wildis~ Subdivisio~. :The Publ~~ Wor~sDepartment adyised
<br />that this project had not been budgeted for constru~tion, and also r~ised
<br />the question whether the City should subsidize subdivisions which block
<br />natural drainages by instalH:ng stor!l1.sew:ersat City expense,. '.The .City I
<br />Manager then read the proposed policy regarding the financing of construc-
<br />tion and ma,intenanFe of storm .drain faq:i;lities, adding that~ perhaps :at this . _
