Chatt, Swanson, Christensen, Deverell, Hawk, and Purdy. Mr. Crakes was absent. Mayor Cone arrived later in the meeting. The invocation was given by Rabbi Neiman of Temple Beth Israel. e . . Mr. Chatt moved s~conded by Mr. Swanson that the payment estimates as supmitted be approved. Rollcall vote. All councilmen present voting aye, motion carr~ed. COMMITTEE REPORTS Committee mee~ing held February 13, 1964: "Present: Mayor Cone; Councilmen Lauris, Chatt, Swanson, Christensen, Deverell, and Hawk; City Manager; Administrasive Assist~nt; City Attorney; Director of Public Works; and others. 3 1. Parking Committee Report - The City Manager read a report presented to the Mayor and Council by Mr. Boy~ Rasmussen, chaiFman of the Council's Parking Committee study group. The immediate development of four strategically- located sites was recommended to provide off-street parking spaces. In addi- tion, a schedule was submitted of estimated cost for development and a small parking area map which showed the location of the proposed sites within the downtown core area.
