Barton and Associates regarding the recommendations made on off-street park- ing facilities by the Mayor's Parking Committee. 23. League of Oregon Cities Regional Meetings - The City Manager presented a schedule of dates and places for regional meetings of League of Oregon Cities. Mrs. Lauris moved sero nded by Mr. Chatt that the announcements covered in Items 19 through 23 be received and placed on file. Motion carried. e ORDINANCES 3 Council Bill No. 6530 - Withdrawing from Willakenzie Rural Fire Uistrict that part annexed to the City of Euge~e on January 13, 1964 (Lematta Estates) was submitted and read in full.
