All councilmen present voting aye, the bill was declared passed and numbered '13464. 5 Council Bill No. 6618 - Levying assessments for sanitary sewer between West and East Sunset Drives through Lot 16 of Sunset Terrace, to serve Lots 25-36 and Lots 16-17, Sunset Terrace (reloca- tion) was submitted and read in full. Mr. Behnke and Mr. Fadeley protested the levying of the assessment for sanitary sewer relocation, stating that there is a sewer running through Lot 16, Sunset Terrace, which serves Lots 25 through 36 and Lots 16 and 17. The City Attorney then stated that it was his opinion that the City has no ob1iga- : tion in the mat"ter of the sewer "now in existence, and that any decisio'ns concerning the relocation 'of the sewer or the use of the present sewer would have to be made by the property own~rs involved. I . Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Chatt that Council Bill No. 6618 be tabled. Motion carried. 6 Council Bill No. 6619 - Levying assessments for paving Larkwood Street from Larch Street to south boundary of 1st Addition t.o Pine Ridge Park Addition which was submitted and read the first time in fu 11 . ...........
