All councilmen present voting aye, the bill was declared passed and numbered '13464. <br /> <br />5 Council Bill No. 6618 - Levying assessments for sanitary sewer between West and East Sunset <br />Drives through Lot 16 of Sunset Terrace, to serve Lots 25-36 and Lots 16-17, Sunset Terrace (reloca- <br />tion) was submitted and read in full. <br /> <br />Mr. Behnke and Mr. Fadeley protested the levying of the assessment for sanitary sewer relocation, <br />stating that there is a sewer running through Lot 16, Sunset Terrace, which serves Lots 25 through 36 <br />and Lots 16 and 17. The City Attorney then stated that it was his opinion that the City has no ob1iga- : <br />tion in the mat"ter of the sewer "now in existence, and that any decisio'ns concerning the relocation 'of <br />the sewer or the use of the present sewer would have to be made by the property own~rs involved. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />. <br />Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Chatt that Council Bill No. 6618 be tabled. Motion carried. <br /> <br />6 <br /> <br />Council Bill No. 6619 - Levying assessments for paving Larkwood Street from Larch Street to south <br />boundary of 1st Addition t.o Pine Ridge Park Addition which was submitted and read the first time in <br />fu 11 . <br /> <br />........... <br /> <br />Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Chatt that the bill be held over and proper notice of assessment <br />given owners of affected property.
