I Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Chatt that the bill be held over and proper notice of assessment given owners of affected property. Motion carried. 2 Council Bill ~q. 6621 - Levying _assessments for sanitary sewer on Larkwood Street from Larch " Street :to south boundary of 2nd Addition to-Pine Ridge Park Addition; -also-between Fox-Hollow-~oad and Larkwood Street from Larch Street to south boundary of 2nd "Addition to Pine Ridge Park Addition, was submitted and read in full. Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Chatt that the bill be held over and'proper notice of assessment given owners of affected property. Mrs. Waechter of Pearl Buck School was present and protested the assessment against the property of Pearl :Buck Scnool as being alrrtost' impossible for the schooi td pay as 'they are on a very tight budget and are support-ed mainly by co~tribtitions. It -was recommended that the Cot.incil,giv~ approval to the passage of the council bill inasmuch as the portion assessed - to Pearl Buck School is a very small part of the total cost for the improvement project. .
