<br />Kin~aid Street, ending with the recommendation qf the Public Works Department tha~ .
<br />sho~ld the City wish to proceed with the project, consideration be given to crediting
<br />the property owners for one-half of the cost of the curb and gutter price, or approxi-
<br />mately $.70 per front foot.
