<br />Paving 15th Avenue from Polk to Tyler -.Mrs. Frank Moody was present and also had pre-
<br />sented a written protest concerning this paving. Also protesting were' Mr. and Mrs~ '
<br />Carl Hushek and Mrs. Harris. .After some further discussion by the Council; Mr. Chatt
<br />moved seconded by Mr. Christensen to proceed with paving the street and award the
<br />contract to the low bidder on the project.' Rollcall vote. All Councilmen present
<br />voting aye, excep~ Mrs. Lauris voting n~, motion. carried.

<br />ing, Dr. Purdy moved seco~ded by Mr. Crakes to pave 15th Avenue from Tyler Street to
<br />the east for approximately one-half block at the same time. Rollcall vote. Motion
<br />defeated, Messrs~ Chatt, Christensen, €rakes, and Purdy voting yes; Mrs.Lauris, M~ssrs.

<br />Paving 25th Avenue from Hilyard to University - Mrs. Delbert Cooper was present and
<br />protested the paving of this street. After some discussion by the Council, Mr.Hawk
<br />moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris to hold this item until the Counc~l meeting' of June 22,
<br />1964. ~otion carried.
