~ 119 e 8/24/64 I ORDINANCES 1 Council Bill No. 6775 - Levying assessments for paving streets in Gay Acres Subdivision, sub- mitted and read in full on August 10, 1964 and held over for proper notice of assessment to be given owners of affected proper~, was brought back for consideration with no written protests on file. Mr. Chatt moved seconded by Dr. Purdy that the council bill be read the second time by council bill number only, with unanimous consent of the Council. Motion carried unanimously ana the bill was read the second time by council bill number only. Mr. Chatt moved seconded by Dr. Purdy that the bill be read the third time by council bill number only, with unanimous consent of the Council. Mr. Chatt moved seconded by Dr. Purdy that the bill be read the second time by council bill number I only, with unanimous consent of the Council.
