<br /> Judge Barber s~ated that h.e had. held the pos:it ion of municipal judge fo:r the C,i;ty for
<br /> approximately seventeen years, that':he had received commendations from the State
<br /> Supreme Court: ~n,d. f,ro!ll the, State Ba,r Associati.on:,: and that it, was hi:s. feel ing :that
<br /> the Eugene municipal court had been very well handled during his term of office, and I
<br /> recognizing the co-operation of the various councils under which he had' served and
<br /> also voicing appreciat ion for the staff of the, mun(cfpal, court. Judge 'Barber .'
