Variance from site development, standards. area between' 2nd and 3rd. <br />High and Mill (Lane County, Housing Authority )(65-0ll) - The Lane <br />County Housing Authority had requested a vari~ncefrom site development <br />requirements of R-3G zone to allow a greater unit density in the pro- <br />pos~~'low~cos~ housing:proje9t. Mr. Lee Anqerson'explained the purpose <br />of their request and introduced Mr. Donald Lutes, architect, wqo ex- , <br />plained the proposed plot plan and relation of the buildings to the <br />block area. in the project and answered..qu~stioDS concerning setbacks, <br />and:p~oposed park~ng pla~. Mr. Chatt moyed s~cond~d by Mr. L~ssen to <br />grant the variance ?s reco~ended'by ~he Plannipg Cpmmiss:ion to allow <br />(1) no more thaJ? 150 units or room count of 546; which~v~r :is greater; <br />,(2) fro~tage shall ~e on E~st 2nd:b~twe~n:High and Mill with l~~foot <br />setback fo~ b~ildings:and paiktng, with other thre~ sides.to cQnform <br />to R-3G sideyard"setbacks; (3) project confor~an~e to all: coverage <br />requirements of R-3G; and (4) at least 86 parking spaces.
