<br />Bartram, owner of 53% of the abutting property, Storm sewer cost is estimated at' $1700.
<br />The Public Works ,Department recommended paving the 28-foot width, assessing ,the full,
<br />cost to Mr. Bartram. A I-foot reserve strip on the south side of the paving' would be
<br />retained' until an'additional' fO-foot str'ip is decficated on the sou'th side: at' which'
<br />time Mr. Bartram would be reimbursed the amount ,asses,sed to owners of the property abut-
