Committee Meetings Eugene Hotel- The City Manager: stated that Paul <br /> Lansdowne, manager,of the Eugene Hotel, had written informing that lunch orders <br /> for the Council's: committee meetings will be taken at 12:30 p.m.- in order to <br /> alleviate some, of the delay in service because of 'the. noon rush. Day Nurseries:. etc. -:The Planning Commission: recommended amend- I <br /> ing the comprehensive zoning plan concerning: conditional use permits in RA Outer Residential and <br /> ~-l Single Family Residential districts for day nurseries, hospitals, group care homes, nursing <br /> homes, and homes for the aged.
