Paving west half Miramar north of 53rd. east of Saratoga - Breeden Bros. requested <br /> paving only the west half of Miramar at this location .to allow development of a <br /> portion of their property. The property abutting the half left unpaved is out- <br /> side the City. The Public Works Department recommended denial. Dr. Purdy moved <br /> seconded by Mr. Chatt to deny the request. Motion carried. <br /> Mayor Cone left the Committee meeting at this point. <br /> Mr. Jim Breeden asked the Council for further consideration of his request for paving only half of <br /> Miramar Street. After some discussion and as a result of questions and answers between the Council <br /> and Mr. Breeden, Mr. Chatt moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris to allow paving a 28-foot width on Miramar <br /> with the paving offset in the right-of~way and installation of curb sidewalks, Breedens to pay for <br /> the entire improvement. Motion carried. <br /> 2 8. Sanitary Sewer. Minda Drive from Norkenzie to 450 .feet east - A petition was submitted by <br /> owners of 30% of the property which would be assessed.. Mr. Hawk moved seconded by <br />e Mr. Lassen to approve the petition. Motion carried. <br /> 3 9. Sanitary Sewer. Garfield Park Addition - A petition was submitted by owners of 100% <br /> of the property which would be assessed. Mr. Anderson moved seconded by Mr. Hawk <br /> to approve the petition. Motion carried.. <br /> 4 10. Sale of Property. State Game Road and Old Coburg Road. EWEB - The Eugene Water and <br />I Electric Board requested authorization for conveyance of property at this location <br /> no longer needed for transmission facilities to Ella Anita Simons Summers-. <br /> Mr. Anderson moved seconded by Mr. McNutt to approve the sale.
