Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Hawk to hold the bill over and give ~oper notice of assessment to owners of affected property. notion carried. 2 Council Bill No. 7336 - Levying assessments for paving and sanitary sewers in 10th Addition to Edgewood Estates, and paving streets in 9th Addition to Edgewood Estates (Miramar from 53rd Avenue to east boundary of 9th Addition to Edgewood Estates) was submitted and read in full. Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Hawk to hold the bill over for proper notice of assessment to be given owners of affected property. Motion carried. 3 .- Council Bill No. 7337 - Levying assessments for paving Agate Street from north boundary of Oak Hills Addition to south boundary of Oak Hills 1st Addition; also all streets with Oak Hills Addition; and sanitary sewers in area within Oak Hills 1st Addition, was submitted and read in full. e Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Hawk to hold the bill over and give proper notice of assessment to owners of affected property. Motion carried. 4 Council Bill No. 7338 - Levying assessments for paving Fillmore Street from 5th Avenue to 6th Avenue was submitted and read in full. I Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Hawk to hold the bill over and give proper notice of assessment to owners of affected property. Motion carried. 5 Council Bill No. 7339 - Levying assessments for paving Grant Street from intersection of 24th Avenue and Grant Street to 30 feet north and 55 feet south of 24th Avenue; also paving 24th Avenue from Chambers Street to Grant Street was submitted and read in full. Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Hawk to hold the bill over and give proper notice of assessment to owners of affected property. Motion carried. 6 Council Bill No. 7340 Levying assessments for paving Grant Street from 5th Avenue to 6th Ave- nue was submitted and read in full. Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Hawk to hold the bill wer and proper notice of assessment be given to owners of affected property. Motion carried. 7 Council Bill No. 7341 - Levying assessments for paving High Street from 39th Avenue to 40th Avenue was submitted and read in full. Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Hawk to hold the bill over and give proper notice of assessment to owners of affected property. Motion carried. 8 Council Bill No. 7342 - Levying assessments for paving Madison Street from 24th Avenue to north and from 24th Avenue to 25th AVENUE; and 24th Place and 25th Avenue from Madison Street to Jefferson Street :was submitted and read in full. I Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Hawk to hold the bill over and give proper notice of assessment to owners of affected property. Motion carried. 9 Council Bill No. 7343 - Levying assessments for sanitary sewer in Clayton Hills (bounded by Watkins Land and projected north, south, and west boundaries of Clayton Hills Addition), and paving all streets within Clayton Hills Addition; Watkins Lane from 38th Avenue to north approximately 250 feet; 38th Avenue from Watkins Lane to west boundary of Clayton Hills, was submitted and read in full. e Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Hawk to hold the bill over and give proper notice of assessment to owners of affected property. RESOLUTIONS 1l Resolution No. 1256 - Authorizing agreement with Southern Pacific Company concerning installation of traffic safety devices at Washington Street and VanBuren Street crossing was submitted and read in full. I Mr. Hawk moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris to adopt the resolution. roll call vote. All councilmen pre- sent voting aye, motion carried. 12 Resolution No. 1257 - Authorizing consent to assignment of Laurelwood Supper Club lease from Donald Adams to Laurelwood Club, Inc.
