I 1 Council Bill No.:7329 ,- Levying-assessments for paving Willakenzie Road from'Coburg Road to Cal Young Road, submitted and read the first time in full on January 10, 1966 and held over for proper notice of assessment tobe given owners of affected property, was brought back for consideration with no written protests on file. Mr. Miller,:representing State Finance Company, asked several questions of the Council and staff re-. garding the amount of assessment.
