Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman Chatt left the meeting at this point. <br /> <br />6 Council Bill No. 7374 - Rezone to R-3G area between Hayes Street and Garfield Street and between <br />17th Avenue and Amazon Creek (Mortenson) was submitted and read in full. <br /> <br />Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Crakes' that the bill be held over pending completion of agreement <br />between the City and the petitioner covering development of the property.
