Laurelwood Site - The City Manager reported on progress report presented to a group representing the Eugene School District 4, Lane County Central Planning Office, and the City of Eugene concerning development of the" Laurelwood Golf Course site by the School District. No action was taken. ORDINANCES 2 Council Bill No. 7385 - Levying assessments for paving High Street frontage road from 24th Place _ to 27th Avenue, submitted and read the first time in full on March 14, 1966 and held over for proper notice of assessment to be given owners of affected property, was brought back for consideration'with no written protests on file. e Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Chatt that only, with unanimous consent of the Council. second time by council bill number only. the bill be read the g-econd time by council bill number Motion carried unanimously and the bill was read the 3 Council Bill No. 7386 - Levying assessments for sanitary' sewer between Lorane Highway and Blanton Road and between Crest Drive and south boundary of Kervon Park extended, submitted and read the first time in full on March,,14, 1966 and held over for proper notice of assessment to be given owners of affected property, was brought back for consideration with no written protests on file. Motion carried. Councilman Chatt left the meeting at this point. 6 Council Bill No. 7374 - Rezone to R-3G area between Hayes Street and Garfield Street and between 17th Avenue and Amazon Creek (Mortenson) was submitted and read in full. Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Crakes' that the bill be held over pending completion of agreement between the City and the petitioner covering development of the property. Motion carried. 7 Council Bill No. 7389 - Vacating alley between' Olive Street and Charnel ton Street north from 14th Avenue (Methodist Church-Thompson) was submitted and read in full.
