<br />1. 11th Avenue Widening - The Public Works Department presented drawings of the proposed
<br />widening of 11th Avenue from High 'Street to Kincaid Street with a written report on
<br />three proposals for the wi,dening proj ect. Proi>osal A would widen 'the exist ing 34-
<br />foot paving to 36 feet from High to "kincaid with the cost to the property owners ,to'
<br />be $8.83 per front foot on commercial property 'and $5.53 on resident ial p'roperty;, - ,,'
<br />the City to pay $84,515 of the total. Proposaf B would provide for widening 11th
<br />Avenue from,High.to:Hi1yard to 36 feet and from Hilyard to Kincaid to 48 feet,
<br />curb to curb. This proposal would cost the owners of residential property $5.8'5
<br />per front foot and commercial property, $8.08 per front foot, the City to pay
<br />$90,926. Proposal C wouid provide for widening 11th from High to Hilyard to 44 'feet
<br />and from Hilyard to Kincatd to 48 feet. The co'st t:o the property o"wners for this
<br />width would be $6.84 for residential property, and $8.26 for commercial property,
