Curb Sidewalk west side McMillan, 26th to 27th, 'Shorack - Ted Shorack together with Susan R. portale, Arthur M. Benson, and Wyatt S. Rogers requested location of the sidewalk at the curb on the west side of McMillan Street between 26th and 27th. Mrs. Lauris m.oved seconded by Mr. Crakes to approve installation of sidewalk at the curb. Motion carried. e - 4 9. Oversize Curb Cut, 110'Oakway Road, Edman, and 290~292 Oakway Road, Donovan - Edman Furniture requested two 30-foot curb ~uts at 110 Oakway Road, and Russell Donovan requested a 40-fbot curb cut at 290-292 Oakway Road, both larger 'than allowed by Code. Cost of Storm Sewers~.'Home Builders - The Eugene-Springfield Home Builders Association had requested a meeting to discuss the Council's poli~y of requiring subdividers to pay for storm'sewer' installation.' The Council agreed' to request the 'Home Builders to present their proposal in writing. 6 11. Property Purchase, East of Oakway north'of Oakmont, McKay -'Adiacent to and south of Laurelhill School, Stevens - The Parks Department requested authorization to purchase approximately five ~cres east of Oakway north of Oakmont from Miles McKay for $7310 per acre. Also, thiee'acres adjacent to and south bf Laurelhill Schbolfor $3600 per acre, both to be used for future park development. - - - . .
