ORDINANCES 1 Council Bill No. 7784 - Levying assessments for sanitary sewer in Willakenzie Sanitary Sewer e Improvement District WS-64-8 (between west boundary Frontier Park and east boundary Norvale Park Addition and between Sorrel Way and south boundary Pioneer Corners Addition), submitted and read the first time in full on November 7, 1966 and held 'over for proper notice of assessment tobe given owners of affected property, and brought back on November 21, 1966. The council bill was tabled on Novem- ber 21, 1966 in order for new notices to be sent, and is now brought 'back for consideration. Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mrs. Chatt that the bill be read the second time by council bill number only, with unanimous consent of the Council. Motion carried unanimously and the bill was read the second time by council bill number only. Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mrs. Chatt that the bill be read the thirdtime by council hl11 number only, with unanimous consent of the Council. Motion carried unanimously and the bill was read the third time by council bill number only. Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Chatt that the bill be approved and given final passage. Rollcall vote. I 2 Council Bill No. 7800 - Levying assessments for sanitary sewer between 1st Avenue and 2nd Avenue from Lawrence Street to Lincoln Street, submitted and read the first time in full on November 21, 1966 and held over for proper notice of assessment to be given owners of affected property, is now brought back for consideration with no written notice of protest on file. Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Chatt that the bill be read the second time by council bill number only, with unanimous conS,ent of the Council.
