The council bill was tabled on Novem- <br /> ber 21, 1966 in order for new notices to be sent, and is now brought 'back for consideration. <br /> Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mrs. Chatt that the bill be read the second time by council bill number <br /> only, with unanimous consent of the Council.
