Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Dr. .Purdy to adopt the res,olution. Rollcall vote. All councilmen present voting aye, motion carried. 5 Resolution 1369 - Authorizing abatement at 528 West 10th Avenue, (Chaddock) was submitted and read in .(ull.. " , " . Allen M. Cohen, 4255 H~h Street, requested 90 days in which to either bring the building to Code or raze it. He said he is the purchaser under a land sale contract,.:and the notice of intent to abate had been sent to the legal owner, Marie A. Chaddock. Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Dr. Purdy to grant 90 days ,to determine the. feasibility of rehabilitat- ing the buildin'g, providing immediate action is taken by Mr. Cohen to elIminate "any" ~xist ing hazards which the:, Building Department believes should be .corrected.
