All councilmen present voting aye, motion carried. 2 Resolution'1377 - Authorizing agreement with First National Bank of Oregon, Eugene Main Branch, concernin~ ~afet~ depo~it box ren~~l, was submitted a~d read tn full. Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Dr. Purdy to adopt the resolution. Rollcall vote. All councilmen present voting aye, motion carried. 3 Resolution 1378 - Accepting Manager's Survey and Report and c~lling hearing for January 9, 1967 on off-street parking assessment district 7th and Willamette was submitted and read in full. Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Dr. Purdy to adopt the resolution. Rollcall vote. All councilmen present voting aye, 'motion carried. e 4 Resolution 1379 - Calling hearing January 9, 1967 concerning withdrawing from Willakenzie Fire, McKenzie Water Control, and Oakway Water Districts areas annexed by Ordinances 14443, 14534, 14538, 14543, 14600 (various Willakenzie area annexations) was submitted and read in full. Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Dr. Purdy to adopt the resolution. Rollcall vote. All councilmen present voting aye, motion carried. I 5 Resolution 1380 - Calling hearing January 9, 1967 concerning withdrawing from Eu~ne Fire Dis- trict No. 1 and Amazon Water Control Districts area annexed by Ordinances 14584 (between Bailey Hill Road and Todd Street south,of 18th Avenue) was submitted and, read in full. Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Dr. Purdy to adopt the resolution. Rollcall vote. All councilmen present voting aye, motion carried. 6 Resolution 1381 - Calling hearing January 9, 1967 concerning withdrawing from Eugene Fire Dis- trict No. 1 and Amazon Water Control District area annexed by Ordinance 14598 (between Quaker Street and Bailey Hill Road north of 15th Avenue) was submitted and read in full. Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Dr. Purdy to adopt the resolution. Rollcall vote. All councilmen present voting aye, motion carried. 7 Resolution 1382 - Transmitting to Planning Commission for hearing January 3, 1967 various re- quests for rezoning, variance, and zoning of newly annexed areas (Council hearing January 23, 1967) was submitted and read in full. Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Dr. Purdy to adopt the resolution. Rollcall vote. All councilmen present voting aye, motion carried.
