<br />1. Willakenzie, Bethel-Danebo Storm Sewers (P-Ore-3273) - Copies o~ a report prepared
<br />by Cornell, Howland, Hayes, and Merryfield with regard to storm drainage systems' in
<br />the Willakenzie and Bethel-DaneQo areas were distributed to Council members. The
<br />report was summarized by Sidney Lasswell and Gary Graham of CH2M who explained the
<br />firm's recommendations and alternates for constructing and financing the drainage
<br />systems. Mrs. Lauris moved second~dby Mr. Anderson to accept the report and recom-
<br />mend re.imbursement of Cornell, Howland, Hayes and Merryfield from a Federal advance-
<br />planning loan. Motion carried. '

<br />2. Audit Report 1965-66 - Harry Jacobs and Don Wall of Winn & Co., the City's audicors,
<br />were present to answer any qJeibions:concerning the 1965-66 audit of the City's
<br />records. Copies of the report were previously distributed to Council members for
<br />cons:Lqeration. Mrs. Lallris moved s.e~onded by Mr. Anderson to accept the annual

<br />3. Paving North Polk and Cross Streets - A public hearing on this project is scheduled
<br />for the March 27, 1967 Council meeting, and a number of protests from owners of
<br />property which would be assessed were received. The project, which includes paving
<br />C~oss Street from Polk to Railroad Boulevard, was initiated by the Council in March
<br />1966, but deiayed when it was found a sanitary sewer would have to be installed;
