<br />of the application.

<br />1. Washington-Jefferson Bridge Extensions - A letter from the State Highway Department
<br />was read describing the type of structures to be constructed for the Washington-
<br />Jefferson bridge extensions to 6th and 7th Avenues. The City Manager reported that
<br />the balance of the project will be under contract by November 1, 1967, and that the
<br />first section of the project is expected to be open to traffic by August 15, 1968.
