Roger Chrysler, '2330 McGregor, also protested thevacatilOin because of <br />proper acdess ~o pro~~rties iri the ar~a. . <br /> <br />'The Planning Director said the Planning Commission recommended the vacation based upon a staff report. <br />He said the street is very steep, and access can be provided to the area by other streets ~heri prop- <br />erty to the south is developed.
