Mr. Lassen moved seconded by Mr. McDonald that the bill be read the second time by council bill number only, with unanimous consent of the Council. Motion carried unanimously and the bill was read the second time by council bill number only. Motion carried. 6 Council Bill No. 8097 - Levying assessments for paving 5th Avenue from west boundary of 2nd Addi- tion to Eugene Industrial Tract to Seneca Road; sanitary sewer between Seneca Road and Conger Street from 160 feet north of 5th Avenue to 160 feet south of 7th Place; and storm sewer from 160 feet north of 5th Avenue to 160 feet south of 7th Place between Wilson Street and Seneca Road; was submitted and read in full. Mr. Lassen moved seconded by Mr. McDonald that the bill be held over to the July 24, 1967 Council meet- ing to allow proper notice of assessment to be given owners of affectedproperties. RESOLUTIONS 8 Resolution No. 1429 - Traffic: Prohibiting parking between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on Highway 1W (99N) from Roosevelt Boulevard to north City limits; stop sign at Grandview Street and Olive Street; and prohibiting parking at 55 West 29th Avenue; was submitted and read in full. e Mr. Lassen moved seconded by Mr. McDonald that the resolution be adopted.
