Mr. Anderson moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris that the bill be read the second time by council bill number only, with unanimous consent of the Council. Motion carried unanimously and the bill was read the second time by council bill number only, with unanimous consent of the Council. Mr. Anderson moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris that the bill be read the third time by council bill number only, with unanimous consent of tre Council. Motion carried unanimously and the bill was read the third time by council bill number only. Mr. Anderson moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris that the bill be approved and given final passage. Rollcall vote. All councilmen present voting aye, except Mr. Wingard voting no, the bill was declared passed e and numbered 14913. 2 Council Bill No. 8067 - Levying assessments for sidewalk on 27th Avenue from Lawrence Street to Washington Street, submitted and read the first time in full on June 12, 1967 and held over to this meeting to allow proper notice of assessment to be given owners of affected properties, was brought back for consideration with no written protests on file. I Byron Campbell, 2410 West 24th Place, objected to construction of the sidewalk on both sides of the street. Mr. Anderson moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris that the bill be read the second time by council bill number only, with unanimous consen~ of the Council. Motion carried unanimously and the bill was read the second time by council bill nu~ber only.
